so. we are trying to move into a place in the mountains . fuck this place .
anywhoo. i am putting together my service dog's resume . there is no official test or certification , and i had trained her myself . So , yeah , i am getting together all the small accomplishments , etc.
-i have her Spay paperwork .
-service dog ID
-a registration number from servicedogregistry.org (its a BS website , i wouldnt pay them for the actual paper work , but the registration number was free)
-local denver dog license , getting a dog license is the law , and there is No Fee if the dog is a service dog . on her proof of local registration it states she is a service dog
-proof she is up to date with vaccinations
-a letter of support from my Dr
- a letter to the new landlord requesting 'reasonable accommodation ' for my service dog
- a printout copy of the HUD and ADA regulations and laws pertaining to service dogs , and people with disability's
- certificate from a dog trainer stating that BoonDox has all the basic obedience training .
-CGC (canine good citizen ) certificate . the cgc is a 11$ test conducted by the AKC (american kennel club ) that tests temperament , basic good dog manners , basic willingness to be a good dog , and basic obedience .
- a verification of disability from the SSA
-a list of tasks she is trained to do
-and a nice photo of her in her neon orange service dog vest
